BioAmber had a partner on that patent. So that would not have been sold in the apa without the partners approval. And as plainly spelled out in court filings nowhere does it say all assets were sold . Just a vast majority. And as your excellent DD shows it is the partner Cargill that is the investor keeping that patent alive . Cawwww

Another clue that does not lead to the rabbit hole as usual . Sudden delisting with any prior communication from company is a red flag ...tells me the co dont give chit about the shareholders .

All.that doesn't mean you going to get paid until you get paid. The dd means squat at the this stage especially after delisting without any prior notification.
