It's Unchangeable Reality, that Prefs are a Kind of Public Loans, Bonds Like Debts and Common Stocks are Investments Into The Companies and that's why some say Only Common Stocks Are Real Stocks because Represent The Public Companies Existing and therefore Have Voting Rights, where Prefs logically have No Voting Rights.
