I do think this is important in terms of what CEO will do here. NOW he has his clean shell after two years with Tennrich and Asher battles.

He certainly put time and money into those two suits, I pulled them up and there are a ton of filings in each case.

Now they are done, now it is time to get serious about the company and PPS knowing someone like Asher won't come in with a 100k note.
