If Wolz is the registered agent for IGEX they will do state filings etc and serve as a mailing address for the corporation. Using a service like this also keeps crazy people on the OTC from showing up at your door because when you look up the address it is the service (Wolz) providers address and not your house. LOL : )

Many small businesses operate this way.
