And VFRM was 7.72 on Aug 2, 2019. And they haven't been a big of a target for shorting or manipulation than CVSI. Not a great comparison.

You keep trashing Dowling for things outside of his control. Why not trash him for yesterday when the stock dropped 9% after an article by Barrons that started with "Hemp CBD Fail". He should have responded with a PR.

Your mindless adjective "choppy" is so old. He said choppy because he could not commit to a number due to market the environment. New brands coming out every day. I just got an email that Corey Hart, Pink's husband, is starting a CBD line. I'm sure he knows a lot about the science of the endocannabinoid system, and he can probably explain why his brand isn't toxic to the liver (assuming he knows that's an issue with FDA, which I doubt he does). If Dowling said anything else, he would be not telling the truth. He's a smart guy (have you seen him on Yahoo finance?). He's strategic. He's been at the helm for over 5 years now. He knows the business.

You have sniped at me because I know him and Tomc? Like that's bad. I know them personally so I can vouch for their intelligence, work ethic, knowledge of the space and commitment. They have successfully marketed a schedule 1 drug for 4 years. They have done it despite the Monas. Mona 2 deserves credit for the idea of launching into CBD instead of THC. But he was a real estate developer not a supplement or drug developer. He made a lot of money and lost a lot of money. He was a bully at CVSI and while that might work in the construction industry, it won't work in this one. And his nepotism wasn't good for the company. Is Mona 3 a smart kid? Sure. But he was not experienced or qualified to be a Chief Operating Officer. Why did he have that title? Because Dad made it so. Compare the CV of the new Director of Operations (PhD) to Mona's. Oh wait, you can't because you can't find his CV. The last time I lookedd, he wasn't even in Linked In. What business person isn't in Linked In? College kids go on Linked In. If he had to apply for the COO position, he wouldn't get a second look.

The business grew while he was there, but could it have grown more under someone uniquely qualified as a COO. And let's be clear: the sales growth was driven by Tomc, who you also like to trash. Tomc works as hard as anyone I've ever known, and has both the sweat equity and expertise for the position. He got the job because of 10 years of growing Nordic Naturals into the leader in fish oil. Hired for his expertise and experience, not genetic makeup.

People are pissed the stock price dropped from 6.50. Well here's a painful bulletin: maybe it didn't deserve to be at 6.50 based on fundamentals but maybe 3. Who knows.

But now CVSI has a leadership team of highly qualified folks. The environment is still extremely difficult, but they are negotiating it. I'm giving them some time. The clock began on Jan 1. No more Mona effect. No more excuse that it's because of the Monas. I think it will make a difference. I'm confident that Dowling and company are going to bring this company back, and hopefully the Monas will make a lot of money (because they own a lot of stock). But make no mistake about it: the Monas were instrumental in the idea and taking the risk to start this company; Dowling and Tomc turned it into an actual company. Mr. Mona probably thinks the company will fail because there is no more Mona involvement; I suggest it will be better without them. We'll see.

In the mean while, I know the leadership team and company employees are kicking ass to make sales. And I guarantee there will be a pet product line to go with the new marketing campaign and website upgrade. And Dowling mentioned that the drug program is progressing, and since he doesn't lie, that means it's moving. I have said before that the drug program could be worth more that the supplement side because of the ridiculous multiples in pharma. And if the drug works for smokeless tobacco, then it will for cigarette cessation (the Mother Lode). This company is doing many things correct and it can't really control the stock price.

And yet you continue to attack key leaders with mindless repetitiveness. You focus on day-to-day variations. Please go focus on Fortenight with your 3000 shares. The investors are hanging in there. Our day will come.

Way too much upside for me to leave at this time. Long term for me.

All the best.
