The black tank and the separators are new , the rest is not. This is not a new site, thus the road .

I havent bought this yet. It could either mean yeah we got new tanks as in new to the lease. I say the same thing when I buy used tanks and bring them to a well I just drilled and ill say the new tanks are here.

Depends on how literal you want to take it I guess. Could be all BS who knows.
