If you were actually paying attention you would realise that this is a rework project that they are bringing back online right now and,,,,,this is just one of many other,,,,,including new drills,,,,,that they have in the works,,,,.
Rework projects are producing million of barrels of oil all over the place because they no how to get the oil out of the ground nowdays like they couldn't do years ago,and the value is much much better then new drills because the equipment needed to start a new is very expensive. Reworks are a very big thing now days in all the oil producing ares,,,,.
