I don’t want to be slanderous but honestly when Karen and Conrad’s signature are on the same doc they’re just scribbles. They have borrowed a shit ton of money from everyone and their granny and agreed to pay in convertible notes. Nobody as disappointed as me, I thought this could be great. Trillium/Hicks up to their necks in this. They just paid $100k to JSJ for the old notes on Jan 14th and then filed suit on us jan 23rd while still collecting money thru LAM and Gonyer. This is a major fraud with so many fuckin head shakes to try and cover their tracks it’s unbelievable.
