No one is going to take that chance. What is the reason to buy? The chart is a sell with lower highs and lower lows. I came here the first week in Dec and they were staying the SOS filing was around the corner. If this was some juggernaut merge buyers would be present but apparently what is on the table now doesn't spark any interest. What needs to happen is the co making the deal ( BTW whose name you can not print on ihub, and that is a whole another story) needs to pull a rabbit out of a hat and put some value on the present worthless deal. I am not saying they can't succeed but that is a huge leap of faith.IMO
