I dunno. Indo Global Exchange is not Indonesia? It's in the name of the company.

As far as NOT completing a merger...how do you know? True there hasn't been an 8K yet, but that doesn't mean it isn't coming.

I'm not saying I trust the link, but its also not completely discountable.
