Alright - after taking a gander at that I see the surfaces must stay damp for ten minutes with our spray, ergo the ten minute room treatment time... So it probably does two-three rotations, then stops for 3-5 minutes n then does few more because it'd saturate everything if it ran constantly for 10 minutes. hmmmmmm

also per the oil/gas treatmennts,,, how world would you appropiatly mix 50 gallons into a 1,000 gallons of waste-water?
