I believed that as well. Until actual damages can be estimated by real hard factual numbers, based on how well Multikine works and for what indications, they couldn't be awarded damages. Damages have to be quantified then an arbitor would assess that and grant the award so to speak. I believe the trial is open for revisitation after the clinical trial is over and/or approval fda approval...
