Uplisting is impossible. Even with share price holding at $0.01, the financials will not withstand an audit.

It would probably take another 4-year period of being dark and coming back with new books that are completely unconnected to current books.

Makes you think if some one is keeping this up for the purpose of up-listing or if they are waiting for a whale to dump shares on before it crashes and burns. Time will tell.
