The word Potential is being used here bc saying shareholder would be a forward looking statement that the merger is completed which is not public information yet?
Correct, I sent him a reply and pointed that exact same thing out this morning well night for him... told him when we were no longer potential shareholders waiting on the new owners to take over officially...would he mind terribly much putting out a real Shareholder Update and tell us actual shareholder just WTH these guys had in mind for this shell... not anticipating a reply as he pretty much said he was dont communicating.
