Makes sense Btown - Nice confirm - Why would a company like SunCoke make the same mistake twice by signing another contract with Felpu? Last year they made the mistake with Murray and were screwed out of money.
They certainly wouldn't sign a new contract with a company that wouldn't pay them and give them even better rates. Felpu will prob restructure their debt situation without going bk
