Good point. The only possible explanation would be that they found a better opportunity and thus need to move it. It could be toxic but wouldn’t we see that in the OS? Awhile back we had something like this but not nearly to this extent. It turned out to be like $20,000 which was paid for consulting services and that restriction timeframe ended. I wish there was a clearer way for shareholders to prepare for something like that.
