The CEO will come out with a reason to R/S the stock at any point in the future.

I’m quite sure most people think that as well. Otherwise the pps would be driven up on big volume by now.

You left out the FACT that the CEO has been caught twice in 2019 driving without a valid drivers license and a valid registration. He has been convicted on the first offense (he has yet to pay the fine) and he has postponed his second TRIAL until April.
