Not true. Anyone buying now can expect to lose more as every dollar coming is immediately going out to pay salaries. The first 650K coming in would be going for the IND submission. I don't know how anyone here can talk about the IND submission when there is no money in the bank to cover the fee. Also, I'm sure Kenny won't take an IOU for his paycheck.
