What does the ETF being approved have anything to do with whoever has been whacking the stock to 10 months straight?

Stocks can trade regardless of catalyst there will be ups and downs but continued downtrend raises a ton of red flags and questions.There has been a never ending supply of shares and this is coming up on a year now for it to be labeled a conspiracy.
