Interesting because WOGI does not have any past debt with Matthew P Dywer or BCAP. If you read WOGI's response to BCAP's Demand letter dated April 27, 2016, all of the debt Matthew P Dwyer put on the company was FRAUD and the company wrote it off as FRAUD with a legal opinion letter as to its all fraud.

So WOGI has no debt to BCAP or Mathew P Dwyer!
