not wrong, just different levels of accomplishments and deemed not quite ready to release. some would have, others prefer wait for the whole enchilada, which is now complete with Mole.

some do not understand dshades date method...
some think that when a date is cited, that means all is completely done & ready to go, not that a only a single stage has been completed. in the MLK most recent date, things were completed and signatures were placed on the dotted lines...all of them, not just some of them as in the past. since little dd is accomplished and dependency is on the few, or in this case ''the one''...and 'the one' is vague at most...assumption by some on the board isnt accurate. now that the ink well is dry and pens exhausted...the next step is cited. will it be met exactly...probably, but, as herding cats isnt easy, ....accomplishments shall prevail...even if the uninformed do not realize it...and there can be a plus or minus factor
