That's also incorrect EQ. Any Judgement issued by the Florida Court must be Served, Recognized, and Enforced in Brazil Courts simply because that is the resident state of the Bro's and Rontan.

The biggest hurdle for GDSI will be Recognition wherein the Bro's can challenge the Judgement.

The U.S. has the same rules if the scenario was reversed.

The SPA has no references to how a U.S. Judgement will be enforced, and certainly doesn't override U.S. and Brazil laws. I doubt Delgado et al thought that far in advance.
