Yes, but procedurally Atlas is up first this summer. I don’t think the gov needs an adverse summary judgement in the books to breach the damn. It will only make things worse for them. Per Thompson re settlement questions, if liquidation preference and nws are nullified then gov will argue all legal proceedings are moot = victory for FnF.

Agree. She has already said that she has a draft decision ready. To me, that doesn’t sound too good for the gooberment
