It's not a very short story at all...it's a pretty long video and I guess you missed it (I did, at first).

Not at all credible as far as I'm concerned, but not short either.
In the space of the 4:41 of video the time frame goes from 4-6 weeks to 2 to 3 months. And he's cut a bit short by Varney as he's explaining how the drug will continue to work even if the virus mutates. "That's the beauty of the technology".

Funny stuff.
