Sorta like the deal he brokered a couple years ago and tried to sell for $60 million?
That one doesn’t appear to have happened.
And now this deal - a bunch of non binding letters of intent? Not sure that was a big deal either - until it is actually done. So I might wait on that being smart enough part - he’s either a genius or a grifter.

Costello isn't very bright - and if you think this is an elaborate scam then you haven't researched many if any scams.

It didn't take long for SS to take it apart - and find out about him being a failed Limo driver - the default judgements against Costello...

Read the police report - it is obvious that Costello is mentally unstable - the characteristics of a narcissist.
