O/S hasn't budged so they're most likely sitting on the shares to see if they actually come through with the money this time. If KPAY is able to pull this off, Auctus will indeed be sitting on a gold mine.
Albeit, 18M shares could do some serious damage to pps but if there's enough momentum the impact would be minimal.
For shareholders sake, i "hope" they spread the selling out across a few weeks.
