CMH (CELZ parent company) has been dead in DE since 2017 correct?

the information statement dated November 21, 2019 previously mailed to the Company’s stockholders.

And no Registered Agent in FL for BHP.

CELZ needs to fire their paid stock promoter JH Darbie and hire somebody else.

Darbie does a piss poor job.
