That’s always my first thought, but why would they try to stop share price from rising with no volume. It wouldn’t rise anyway. Unless they want to of course make it appear that there’s 25 mill wanting the stock. I’ve seen it all, but usually when they put that big of a bid at or below asking, it keeps buyers away because share price will never go up
