I'm staying in TMPS rather heavily because there were two times in 2019 where it appeared that the Navy was actually awarding them a multi-million dollar contract. That was no rumor and actually appeared on the DOD contracts website.
Other factors (that may have been true and may still be true) are that TMPS owns jet planes, and TMPS opened a European subsidiary. The Navy plans to re-award the 2019 contract that was cancelled with an early 2020 substitute.
Risks are that there is little sign that the company is operating, ranging from Dr. Terry's departure to negligible management communication to Google Maps photos of empty hangars, etc.
But somehow I believe that TMPS will win a very sizable award for the use of those planes.
To me, the biggest risk is that the TMPS entity may not gain the major benefits of the contract, yet I have no real reason to think that the wealth will be moved elsewhere. I am just wary of that possibility or I would probably bet the farm.
