Exactly, What would be even odder, a company and state committing 10's of millions of dollars and build a facility to something that they haven't seen work.
Seems odd that a customer would purchase 2 reactors without prior proof.....
IMHO I can't believe anyone would decide to change the size of a facility from 20,000 sq ft to 75,000 without proof of concept.
You think? Of course they had some kind of proof. You don’t drop a million dollars on a piece of non-functional equipment unless you just have cash to throw around and are a huge gambling risk taker. Most governments are not risk takers.
