Thanks Gman, I did go through the process to remove the restriction, just cant find a brokerage that will take the transfer of shares from the stock transfer/clearing agent (Cleartrust) for SFRX.

Many are claiming having issues depositing shares......

I saw this on another board and thought it was relevant.

Here is the email I got from my broker today:

I appreciate your patience as I looked into the stock certificates you brought in earlier this week. I just heard back from our securities pricing and market risk teams, and unfortunately we can't accept these securities for deposit - our policy for physical stock certificate deposits is a minimum price of 25 cents per share, and that stock is below that threshold.
