3.) Expansion being made.
4.) Debts getting paid

Where and when (how long ago) did you get your information for #1?

Any insights given as to how debts are being paid? Is it through gold sales or taking on more loans and/or private placements?

Can anyone explain the rule/definition of a material event? Does payoff of a loan or conversion of a loan into stock meet that definition and warrant an 8-k?
