I’m thinking the “wrinkle being ironed out” was getting Tonys tainted name removed so they can proceed with the new incoming entity with a clean transaction.

Liz previously stated there was a wrinkle, it’s being ironed out...and that the incoming entity was completing the process.

We saw some movement in that today.
