The plaintiffs for the current case do not have sufficient evidence to prove their case, so they are soliciting for additional clients and leads. Motion to dismiss is a not issue in this case, as the Judge simply stated that experts are needed to explain the definitions used by the USPTO, Plenty of experts out there to discuss this in court.
