Remember, though, that Aspire is capped by a certain percentage of ownership. No way a person can assume they got close to all $35M. Maybe $2 or 3M at most. 10% ownership at say 55 cents is ~$2.2M
30% can't happen and that would only have been maybe $6.5M of cash
That is what HC and others have been asking and I don'tknow the answer either. The formula for "simple outstanding" shares is different from the "fully diluted" formula. The simple formula yields approx 38M...the fully diluted one is anyones guess because we don't know exaclty how many treasury shares (held by the company but not sold on the open market) have been issued to Aspite or Cambridge.
