Frankly speaking, I really don't understand who and for what reasons to dump so many shares at such ridiculous low price levels?

However I believe based on the past a few year's trading history RCPIQ shouldn't crash to its 52-week-low 0.0003 again while the current joke low 52-week-high 0.0024 will be easily broken out!
