Unfortunately for PMCB SHs, the FDA doesn't "thinks" moments based on Kenny PR pumps.

What exactly has been updated? There has been no genetic manipulations made to the cells. Neither has the encapsulation material been updated.

Those two staggered runs passed all FDA required tests.

Which means PMCB can grow cells, and encapsulate them under GMP conditions. Assuming the FDA doesn't find something wrong in the 2 runs. For example will they deem 2 runs as being enough to show reproducibility? Will they consider the 1st run took 37 days to grow, and the 2nd 70 days to grow as signalling reproducibility.

Being able to meet GMP requirements on a very simplistic manufacturing process isn't some profound accomplishment.

If Kenny submits an IND for a Phase 2b, it will be rejected. The ad hoc studies of Lohr in 1999 don't support it.

Then souper! Where's the 8K announcing one of these suitors is already funding the mythical CT? In every Microcrap scam in the market, it's the same ole - someone is going to acquire the company, and rescue SHs.

When the IND is filed we will most assuredly get a bump. I will go out on a limb and say 15-25 cents.

How are SHs going to know when it's filed, if ever? When did Kenny say in a recent PR pump he is committed to telling SHs? Then there's the problem if your prediction is met, there is a huge pile of options waiting to be exercised by insiders at 0.11. Also 3rd party entities having held a yr, and ready to dump shares bought last yr, will also sell into the "bump". Retail will need to gobble down a ton of shares just to overcome inertia of the O/S of 1.4B. Then they will have to gobble down more to keep any "bump" in place. GL

An accepted IND could send us to a dollar. I believe it.

Never underestimate irrational retail buying of a Microcrap stock. That's what it would take.

The "pay as you go" mythical CT will fail early on. As in early Phase 2a, assuming it hasn't already folded in Phase 1. But first SHs need to start a "fund me" for PMCB. So that PMCB can afford the $650K user fee for a mythical IND.
