The Reg A shares that have been sold have not gone into the float. The share structure here hasn't changed in a very long time.

I agree that people underestimated the Kannabis Kings news. I thought the same thing as you.

Also, here's Bullitt Point Properties' Facebook page, where they also acknowledge already securing financing from SNM Global. I think people underestimated this news as well. Or perhaps traders are just following SNMN's Twitter page and not the Facebook pages.

It seems obvious to me that the Reg A has already been funded, and that Troy is just waiting to put out a press release until BayGrow gets awarded their license.

This is why I've held strong and stayed patient. I've had my frustrations here just like everyone else, but I feel strongly that this stock has $0.01+ written all over it. It's just a matter of time.
