LOL! The topic of the Federal lawsuit against wholly-owned subsidiary On Courier 365 was not a part of Friday's IHUB conversation, but it was here in spades on Thursday, January 23, 2020.

Bravo for a very thoughtful view of SPRV! In addition to the stated reservations, there is also the pending Federal prosecution of wholly-owned subsidiary, On Courier 365. IMO, given the touted growth and expansion, which doesn't appear to be happening, and the Government's lawsuit, there is virtually NO CHANCE the Company is generating any free cash. Just a guess, absent the benefit of an actual cash flow statement, SPRV is likely hemorrhaging cash.

BTW, barring a settlement, the U.S. Government's prosecution of On Courier 365 will commence in 7 months, i.e. August 2020.
