Most OTC Company’s have nothing in them and trade way way way higher then there value.

Realistic..

#1. I only included sales from one arm of the new XTRM

#2. These are the sales we are aware of right now, not a representation of North Stars YoY sales

#3. This assumes 808M O/S is still the case, XTRM trades like this number is much less (Ie: old board members shares returned to the treasury, legacy holders that have deceased or no longer trade)

#4. CME trades at 30x earnings and ALPP trades at 1x earnings. Anything in between is possible in the OTC. Even if we use 3x or 5x a conservative target of .02-.03 is well below what's possible

#5. XTRM filed 6 years of backlogged fillings to bring this to life. One would think real estate isn't their only revenue source planned

#6. XTRM is likely to be targeting more then one real estate venture in the Boise, ID area IMO

#7. The OTC is known for crazy market capitalization #'s when momentum strikes

Again, all IMO.
