LOLOL! Costello lies about his education - especially graduating from the Harvard Business School and the university of Minnesota.

This was fraudulent information for the purpose of convincing naive OTCM investors that he was qualified to manage a Billion dollar hedge fund and own a weed bank with deposits of over $500 million.

That is exactly what serial scammers do - create a fantasy world that only OTCM investors would believe.
