I am a firm believer in you make your own luck ,and I agree 100% with all that is needed for there success, federal legalization surely wont hurt either! full spectrum cbd is better than isolate in my honest opinion ,but this mj cbd hemp mania business is way over hyped I think

I'd say you sized that up pretty well. Time owned doesn't get one anything. It comes down to what VATE is doing now. I also believe the lack of legislation has been what has pulled pps down in VATE. One can make same claim for entire sector.
