In a nutshell, this is a reverse merger of sorts, approx. $1B in assets to transfer in. This financial leverage will fund more acquisitions creating more assets and revenue compounding the asset value and as such the market cap will increase to equal that and usually in multiples, not just singular (meaning a "one times multiple"). They plan to uplist to Nasdaq this year with no reverse split necessary- that is a $4.00 minimum. Index funds will be buying. Expert CFO at the helm.
