Of course he shared inside info with his marks over on those private social media sites. More than once.
The Fincann Deal was a perfect example. And the stock ran until someone yanked the leaked info off the website.
Bux was involved as he posted the info. It was well documented on this very board.

Another time a press release was leaked before it went out on the wires. When exposed Costello realized it was out so he put out the press release in the wee hours of the morning.
No doubt many of his marks were trading on that information.

Yeah I bet things got a little more closed mouth after that expose on leaked inside info.

So where is the illegal info JC gave and please provide proof. Stating something leaked from shareholders and other sources you have no proof of has nothing to do with JC. Proof????
