you're comparing an agreement between two organizations being reversed (that isn't being traded) to an agreement that would be out publicly traded ... how do you track that down and reverse it?
how do you determine who owns shares exercised by the warrants?
these lawsuits were filed in 2014 and still haven't fixed the nws.. how long do you think it takes treasury to sell the warrants to the public? 2 years tops.. so you can sue, but they'll have sold out, and you cant really go around and cancel people's shares that they bought.
