All I see today is another tron excuse attempt - with no merit whatsoever.

Now that’s just wrong. Smh, I’m not falling for it as anything other than #19 on the list of fake claims, right after BIOFINN/ BIOFINN is a NY incorporation since 1998. LOL

Not only did TRON issue shares to a corporation that didn’t exist, they issued them as REG S.

Even their attorney’s statement conflicts with what they claim.

FYI, it’s up to TRON to establish what they sign off on is 100% accurate. They did not.

Not only did they claim shares were issued to a nonexistent Corp, they said they were Reg S and belonged to an owner totally CONFLICTING with what their attorney stated. Even titling the company BIOFIN rather than the BIOFINN that Tron claimed.

Please do provide links to documented proof of any of these claims,

1. Biofinn existed as a Florida corporation in July 2019
2. Maybe the corporation was in Italy
3. When disclosures were made, they were already incorporated
4. It must be the interim CEO’s fault
5. It’s the TA’s fault
6. There is no date on the disclosure
7. A good place to look for a Florida Corps is in Italian Business Listings
8. “Old news” is a disclosure from 1 reporting period ago
9. TRON only submitted the Biofinn shares issuance info in October 2019
10. Biofinn was eventually incorporated, it’s all good
11. A father and son team probably started it in Italy
12. SOS filings are merely opinions
13. Shares were issued to a NY Incorporation.
14. The NY Incorporation, BIOFIN, has existed since 1998
15. Biofin in Florida is still existent
16. Biofin, owner Fabrizio Gonella, is still active and incorporated in Florida
17. The Material Change Report was photoshopped
18. Commercial law is the same as securities law
19. It doesn’t matter if TRON signs off on FALSE documents.
20. Many cases showing public traded companies issuing shares to nonexistent companies, and having to retract them
