Yes; KGKG that knows VATE well feels they will be able to collect 1.5 million 5 years down the road. Good sign of confidence for VATE holders.

If VATE has to make a deal because they can't pay (transfer RTD tea rights to KGKG); at least that is years down the road.

Last I heard, correct me if I am wrong. That payment agreement is spread out over 10 years.
