<< why would Kim waste the money and put out a PR if it would be criticized as fluff, have no effect on the share price ... ? >>

The PRs did have an effect. They prevented the share price from dropping further. If it weren't for them, the share price would probably be in the low teens by now.

<< Projections for first delivery were mid-January to mid-February, if I am not mistaken... >>

Projections by Jon at the shareholders meeting were for 4Q 2019 (which began 1 Oct).

I think you mean $500, Bobby

It costs KBLB around five thousand dollars to put out a PR.

If the CEO is paying 5k to put out a PR, then he’s even more an idiot than I thought.

"KBLB has put out some spectacular PR's over the last three or four months, PR's which would have normally pushed us much higher. However, they were scorned as "fluff" PR's, and they did nothing to advance the share price."

First of all, I disagree that the PR's we have seen over the last 3 or 4 months have been 'spectacular.'

When KBLB announced that was a really nice PR. Not spectacular, but really nice. When Polartec announced their collaboration with KBLB, that was in the realm of exceptional.

A spectacular email would be one where a major sports manufacturing company (Nike, UA, Reebok) announced they were going to fund enormous growth of the company in exchange for an exclusive license to use our silks for some period. That would generate your KABOOM.

The PRs we have received have all been of the 'We're making progress, but we don't want to share too much about the progress we've made and, oh, by the way, you are going to have to read them very carefully because they are designed to mislead you about the status of our progress, especially the renovation of Prodigy's building and about what is happening with our silkworm eggs for several months in Vietnam.'

The PRs had an important effect in not causing the share price to tank. They were useful progress reports, but everyone can see the vulnerable state that KBLB is in right now. They have very little cash on hand, no significant revenue yet, a huge equity debt, and the threat of a reverse split hanging over our heads. Keeping us from dropping back to a nickle a share or lower, that's what I think the recent PRs have done for the company.

The longer that KBLB waits to put out a PR, the greater the expectations will be. If Thompson's next PR appears in late February and announces reeling is complete, that will be seen as an unexpected delay and the price will likely drop. In contrast, if the next PR is in late February and KBLB announces sales, partnerships, and so on -- quite a different story.

There were no projections for first delivery. Not in any PR that I recall.
