The BIG QUESTION! Does the corrupt alphabet soup bureaucracy give a flying fk? IMO no, or they would've shut this scam down already. The wall st market makers don't want them shutting this scam down, so in my opinion the alphabet boys will continue to just look the other way.
Now, as soon as someone 'big enough' squawks loud and long enough, then it MIGHT change.
