We all know IND is on the way

This forum has spent especially the past few months with speculation the mythical IND would be in soon, or better yet, it had already been submitted. Well it hasn't.

Kenny now has to figure out how to fund just the IND. The FDA doesn't accept the user fee "pay as you go". So what's the probability Kenny issues a PR pump that states: "We don't have the funds to submit an IND at this time". That would be a real winner, wouldn't it? Instead he can PR pump it's sooooo difficult to put together an electronic filing. As though the contracted Faucet forgot how to do it. Then trot out today's hero Crabtree to serenade what an "open IND" means again (e.g. not much in the real world). Since Kenny's IR elves regularly monitor the forum, why not latch onto diabetes for a diversion while awaiting more private placement fund raising? Give the SHs what they want to hear.

And even more so with PMCB. An IND for a Phase 2b will be rejected. One has to consider Kenny would consider such a rejection as success- for him. It gives Kenny another 2 yrs to submit one for a Phase 1. Just recycle a ton of PR pumps while waiting. And when did Kenny commit he would tell SHs, the day it was submitted?

BUT PMCB had two staggered runs that passed a scrutiny of FDA required tests. We have a great trial product.

Why is it "great"? Because they encapsulated cells like AN did for Lohr back in 1999, free of contamination? Neither does manufacturing a drug/treatment makes it "great". Or do CTs no longer matter?

PMCB is not Eurofins only client in the world. They will gladly test for a contracted fee.

Outside of potentially buying tissue culture media reagents from TF, there is no tie to PMCB.

At last check Makowka is the Dr you go to if you want a pig liver transplanted into you. He also has a day job as CMO at Endonovo.

Yuen will eagerly provide a Vetcell license to PMCB in exchange for a cash infusion. That's a yr or less in the future. What Yuen will not do is infuse cash into PMCB.

Hidalgo, the paid consultant, with the potential of becoming the paid PI - assuming a CT ever happens.
